Security

We take your privacy seriously and have put in place strong precautions to protect your information. Gradify’s platform is hosted by one of the best-regarded infrastructure providers.  When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for (1) an icon that looks like a lock  in the address bar and (2) "https" at the beginning of the address (URL) of the web page you are accessing.

Just as we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we protect your information offline as well. As explained on Gradify’s website, to ensure user privacy, the platform is designed to enable a double-blind grading process. Some, non-specific information on the professional background of  Graders is shared with Instructors, but in ways that cannot identify the Grader. This allows Instructors (who are paying clients) to evaluate the suitability of the Grader identified by Gradify’s algorithm for the grading job in question.  Similarly, employees who need specific information to be able to do their jobs (e.g., Customer Service or Billing) can access personally identifiable information, but there are strict processes for handling such data.  The systems on which such data reside are themselves hosted in a secure environment.

If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately via email, providing your name, the email address you used to register on Gradify.co, and explaining your concerns or feedback.
